Job Title: Help Desk, Technical Support
Location: Columbus, OH 43219, USA
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay range: $20-22/hr.
Job Description:
The Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality operational support by meeting production and quality standards, complying with regulatory and control guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams and external clients. The role requires adaptability through cross-training, strong communication, and a client-focused, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks
Cross-train and perform multiple operational functions
Adhere strictly to compliance, risk, and control requirements
Interact professionally with internal teams, peers, and external clients
Support service center and broader operations teams as needed
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
Effective time, stress, and conflict management abilities
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Team-oriented with initiative and accountability
Technical support experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Operations experience preferred
Strong interest in building a long-term career in Financial Services
