What You Will Do: As a Math Instructor, you will:
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for students and families
Provide individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method™
Facilitate student progress and communicate with the Center Manager and team
Assist with center operations
Inspire confidence and a love of math in every student

Job Responsibilities:
Teach/tutor in-center, online, or hybrid sessions using the Mathnasium Method™
Work with team members to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting
Assess and monitor student progress and engagement
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn and be trained
Strong math competency through at least Algebra I
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Requirements:
Must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency
Must provide work authorization and pass a background check

Pay: $14.20 – $18.50 per hour
