Halron Lubricants – a trusted Lubricant Distributor of over 95+ years’ experience with locations in Green Bay, WI Rapids, Madison and Milwaukee is seeking highly motivated drivers to join our Madison team. Our service area includes Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois

As a CDL Driver at Halron Lubricants, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers while maintaining compliance with all DOT and company safety standards. Our drivers are the backbone of our operations and the face of our company, representing Halron with professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service at every stop. Your attention to detail, commitment to safe driving practices, and proper handling of equipment are critical to success in this role. You will work closely with our dispatcher and warehouse teams and will never be “just a truck number” — you’ll have direct access to your dispatcher and leadership when you need support, clear answers, or help resolving issues. Do you have the following requirements:
Valid Class A or B license with a clean driving record
1 year driving experience
H&N endorsements, or ability to obtain
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Delivering bulk oil and package products to customers in a safe and timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
