Pay: Starting at $22.75 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Roanoke: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on workload

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do:

As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a hands-on role in making our products look great and perform even better. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will help ensure our parts meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Reading work orders and prepping parts for powder coating

Applying powder coat using proper equipment and technique

Using heat-resistant tape to protect surfaces as needed

Operating curing ovens and performing visual inspections

Maintaining spray booth, line, and prep areas

Assisting with troubleshooting, rework, and filter changes

Ensuring a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous powder coat painting experience in a manufacturing setting

Familiarity with spray equipment and oven curing processes

Ability to read work orders and follow written/verbal instructions

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Team player with the ability to work independently

High School Diploma or GED required
