About the Role
As a Telemarketer Sales Team Member, youll be a key voice of the Lindsey Weaver State Farm Agency. Your creativity, strategy, and customer connection help strengthen our brand, grow our pipeline, and support the success of our producers. Whether youre engaging new prospects, supporting marketing efforts, or creating strong first impressions, your work directly impacts our agencys growth and community presence.
This role fits someone who is driven, friendly, and excited to build a long-term career in insurance.
What Youll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Identify, qualify, and transfer leads to licensed team members
Support multi-channel marketing efforts and follow up on referrals
Share basic product information and answer initial questions
Maintain accurate CRM notes and manage call/lead activity
Uphold all State Farm communication and compliance standards
Support agency branding efforts in the community and online
Provide regular reports on calls, leads, and appointments
What You Bring
Previous sales or telemarketing experience (insurance preferred)
Strong communication + persuasion skills
CRM proficiency and excellent organization
Active Property & Casualty license /or willingness to obtain
Willing to pursue Life & Health for growth
Resilience, motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
A willingness to learn the State Farm product lineup and support agency growth
