CalTek Staffing is hiring Full Stack Software Engineers for clients across Los Angeles and Orange County, California. These roles focus on building end-to-end web applications, combining modern frontend development with scalable backend APIs and cloud-hosted services.

Full Stack Software Engineer Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using modern frontend frameworks

Build, integrate, and support backend APIs and services

Collaborate with designers and product managers on feature design and implementation

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability

Write and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend

Participate in architectural planning, technical decisions, and code reviews Full Stack Software Engineer Requirements

4+ years of professional full stack software development experience

Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue

Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar

Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs

Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

TypeScript experience

Serverless or cloud-native architecture exposure

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration

Responsive design and web accessibility best practices Tech Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript

Backend: Node.js, Python

Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS), GCP, Azure

Tools: Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines Compensation & Engagement Types

Direct Hire: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary (W2, DOE)
