About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee their engineering team and manufacturing processes. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who can optimize production processes, maintain equipment and tooling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers, specialists, and maintenance supervisors.

Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and corporate safety standards.

Coordinate projects with engineering staff and other supervisors, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

Recommend new technologies and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare reports on plant efficiency, maintenance activities, engineering projects, and standards.

Develop and maintain labor standards, tooling and equipment processes, and plant production methods.

Manage capital expenditures, deferred tool, and major expense budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

HVAC or thermodynamics experience is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Knowledge of OSHA and quality control compliance.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
