Warehouse Associate / Office Assistant

Job Description

We are a successfully growing Window Replacement Company and we are seeking a responsible, motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in Irwindale.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains a well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.

Answers telephone calls and takes messages for manager or team members. Elicits necessary information to allow timely and accurate responses and responds when appropriate.

Creates and maintains templates for forms, letters, tracking spreadsheets, etc.

Performing all word processing requirements, maintaining databases, tracking spreadsheets.

Managing and communicating information while ensuring confidentiality of

sensitive information.

Helping unloading and loading the trucks.

Managing the inventory and quality control.

Sending/receiving/distributing important documents via email, USPS, FedEx,

UPS, courier, and fax.

Assisting project team with contracts, insurance issues, and

correspondence.

May have mail distribution and courier responsibilities.

Prepare and provide department/team/manager with necessary documents and

supporting information.

Assisting in coordination of the installations.

Orders materials from the manufacturers.

Home Shows and Fairs participation.

Computer knowledge: Internet, Email, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat

Job Type: Full time permanent onsite

Salary: $20.00 per hour plus bonuses
