About This Role
We are seeking a hands-on, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and support infusion services in Kyle and New Braunfels, TX. This is a highly practical, clinical role, ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient care and is confident in their IV placement and infusion administration capabilities.
Duties
Perform venipuncture and IV insertion daily; confidently place needles and manage infusions.
Administer and monitor specialty medications and infusion therapies per protocol.
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a clinical infusion setting.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical partners to ensure continuity of care.
Support operational needs across multiple clinic sites (Kyle, New Braunfels) with travel differentials as applicable.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas (required).
Comfortable and experienced in performing venipuncture / placing IVs.
Experience in infusion therapy, specialty medications, or similar clinical settings preferred.
Strong patient relationship skills and ability to provide excellent bedside care.
Previous experience working at infusion centers, hospitals, or physician offices (e.g., Paragon, hospital systems, infusion competitors) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments.
Preferred Experiences
Infusion experience with biologics and/or specialty medications
Prior experience with ambulatory infusion center software or EMR
Advanced practitioner with independent practice capabilities in approved states
