Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing and customer service
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Canva or similar graphic design tools (a plus)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Alignment with company values and operating principles
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Communications or Business)
- Reliable laptop/PC and stable high-speed internet
- Based in the Philippines
Terms & Conditions
- **Work Setup:** Remote; reports to Community Support Team Lead and/or VP Operations / CEO
- **Compensation:** Up to 28,000 starting; 30,000 by the 3rd month
- **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (9AM–6PM / 11AM–8PM / 12PM–9PM), weekday off
- **Contract:** 1-year renewable overseas contract (independent contractor)
