AVID Tutor
Description:
Martinsville Middle School and Martinsville High School
Dates: Beginning August 14, 2023 for the 2023-2024 Academic School Year
Hours: 5 hours per week. Plus 4 hours of initial training before tutoring begins.
AVID Tutors will be paid at $15 an hour.

Qualifications:
The AVID system provides mentoring and tutoring to enable students to have academic success and to be better prepared for college.
AVID Tutors will assist AVID Elective Teachers in tutorology sessions, notebook checks, making copies of required forms and materials, mentoring duties, and any related assigned duties.
