What You’ll Do
As a key part of our agronomy team, your responsibilities will include:
Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using modern custom application equipment.
Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure correct product application based on blend sheets and crop needs.
Assist with daily operations, including receiving, loading, and delivering ag products, and treating seed.
Support customers directly, building trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to service and agronomic excellence.
Perform light mechanical work to keep application equipment and vehicles in top working condition.
Work extended hours during peak seasons—and take pride in getting the job done right.Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a passion for agriculture.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (post-secondary ag education a plus)
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain
Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
Strong math skills for mixing and calibration
Previous experience operating and maintaining farm equipment
Preferred:
Farming background
Prior experience with application of crop protection products
Education or certification in chemical application
