Shift/Schedule: 10:00PM – 6:00AM Mon-Fri

Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $22.50/hour (+ based on experience)

Overview

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Packaging Operator I is responsible for safely and efficiently operating secondary packaging equipment and material handling equipment to support production, quality, and food safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor secondary packaging equipment to meet safety, quality, and production requirements

Perform equipment start-up, changeovers, troubleshooting, cleaning, and basic maintenance

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods

Complete quality checks, documentation, and inventory records

Maintain a clean work area and report safety or quality issuesRequirements:

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent

6+ months of manufacturing or packaging experience (food or high-speed packaging preferred)

Forklift experience and mechanical aptitude

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
