Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job description:

Leading International Freight Forwarder seeking an Import Export Air & Ocean Coordinator responsible for monitoring port to port international cargo at their brand new facility.

Job Duties for Air & Ocean Export Import Coordinator:

Communicate with customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import and export shipment

Record and monitor shipping details on company system

Schedule daily cargo pickup & delivery

Act as a liaison by providing assistance to sales representatives and customers

Generating shipping documentations such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills, other export / import documentations & commercial invoices

Requirements for Air & Ocean Export Import Coordinator :

1 - 3 years of exporting experience

Capable of using Microsoft Word & Excel

Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus but not required

Any other Asian language is a plus
