Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery according to safety and quality standards

Set up, adjust, and monitor machines during operation

Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting

Measure and inspect finished products to ensure specifications are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight] lbs
