Location: Marne MI

Shift: Monday- Thursday 6a- 3:30p Friday 6a-10a Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $24.00 -$27.00 an hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator (Level 3) to join our manufacturing team in Marne, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision metalwork, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of press brake experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and fine-tune press brakes to bend, cut, and shape metal to exact specifications.

Set up and adjust equipment based on production plans and schedules.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Collaborate with engineering and shop floor teams to update and interpret prints.

Manage raw materials and assist in planning work across multiple presses.
