SETA Oversight – TS/SCI CI Poly

Department: Government Customer – Chantilly

Location: Chantilly, VA

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

As a SETA Oversight professional, you will provide senior-level advisory and oversight support for Government enterprise IT services, DevOps environments, and internal software solutions, while also guiding IT performance metrics and dashboarding to ensure visibility into service and software performance.Responsibilities:

Provide SETA oversight for internal Government IT services and DevOps environments

Review, guide, and assess Government-developed, home-grown, and modified software solutions

Support oversight of agency-tailored platforms (e.g., customized ServiceNow, HelpNow, or similar tools)

Define, refine, and oversee IT performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs

Guide development and use of dashboards to provide operational and executive visibility

Evaluate technical approaches for compliance, scalability, risk, and mission alignment

Support Government leadership with technical assessments, recommendations, and briefings

Perform other duties assigned as neededQualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Mid to Senior level experience in IT SETA, advisory, or oversight roles

Strong background in enterprise IT services and DevOps environments

Experience with customized COTS and Government-developed software solutions

Experience defining and working with IT performance metrics and dashboards

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
