Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and manage directional drilling crews installing fiber optic cable in a primary area, typically overseeing 1 to 5 crews. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you will manage the install and maintain underground cables and related infrastructure, ensuring proper connectivity for telecommunications, electrical, or other systems. You will also be responsible for digging trenches, laying conduits, and connecting cables, all while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations for directional drilling crews.

Manage and support 1 to 5 crews installing fiber optic cable.

Ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.

Communicate clearly with management and clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in directional drilling.

Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Receptive to guidance and committed to continuous growth.

Must pass a drug test

Must pass a background check

Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
