We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 0–3 years of experience to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making. Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere in the U.S. based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data

Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders

Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions

Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting

Support ongoing projects with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting

Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract and analyze data

Document processes, data definitions, and analysis results

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

0–3 years of experience in Data Analysis or relevant internships/projects

Strong knowledge of SQL and MS Excel

Basic to intermediate experience with Python or R (preferred)

Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Understanding of data concepts, reporting, and analytics fundamentals

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Open to work on any visa

Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for project assignments
