Laborer – Commercial Construction

Location: Rapid City, SD

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and proven skills)

Perform commercial laborer tasks (concrete, forming, demolition, etc.)

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Represent SECO’s values on every job siteWhat We’re Looking For:

1+ years of construction experience (commercial preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable transportation to job sites or SECO’s office

Valid driver’s license
