Red Rossa is looking for a friendly, reliable Day Bartender to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, building regulars, making drinks, taking tables, and providing consistent service in a relaxed daytime atmosphere for locals, events, and lodging guests.

What You’ll Do

Bartend during day shifts, preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

Serve guests at the bar and in designated dining section

Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service from open to close

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Follow all alcohol safety, food safety, and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

Bartending and/or serving experience preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

Dependable and punctual for daytime shifts
