As our Kitchen Manager at our newest location in Midtown Sacramento, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and consistency. With your leadership, you’ll inspire and guide our kitchen team to work efficiently and collaboratively, helping us deliver the comfort food our customers know and love.Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Develop and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to maintain organization and cleanliness.

- Collaborate with the management team to plan menus and implement new dishes.What We’re Looking For

To succeed as our Kitchen Manager, you’ll need:

- 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- The ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team.
