Java Developer

Java Developer:

Candidate to be based out of Phoenix, AZ to attend F2F interview at the client location

Strong core Java fundamentals

5+ years of experience building large-scale applications using Java backend programming

Experience working on Cloud (public or private) is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge and experience on software development methods and performs due diligence in all lifecycle stages of analysis, build, and testing

Ability to write good JUnit tests and extend code coverage

Ability to troubleshoot problems in test and production

Strong communication skills and team player

Technical Experience

Experience with design and coding in Java, Spring Boot

Kafka, JUnit, Mockito

Integration testing

SonarQube, Log4j, Gradle & Maven

Git, Unix & shell scripting

RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL databases

REST, Cloud

Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm config

Dynatrace

Performance tuning for sub-second response applications

Responsibilities

Owns all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications

Participates in the design and development of systems & application programs

Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

Works with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints

Manages a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues

Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing

Should be able to work in Hybrid model (3-4 days/week) in PHX location
