We're looking for a Head Chef to lead an independent, well-established restaurant in Helena, MT known for its community presence and focus on scratch-made, seasonal cuisine. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a chef who thrives in the kitchen, loves local ingredients, and is ready to shape the future of a respected neighborhood favorite.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of professional cooking experience

• 2+ years in a leadership role (Head Chef, Exec Chef, Senior Sous)

• Passion for New American/regional bistro fare

• Skilled in cost management, ordering, and scheduling

• Excellent communicator and team builder
