As a Bid Manager, your primary mandate will be to support sales efforts by coordinating the various stakeholders required during the pre-project phase, with the goal of developing and evaluating solutions that meet client needs.

More specifically, you will be responsible for: Assist the sales team in project qualification; Participate in sales team meetings; Plan and participate in client meetings to understand needs and offer solutions; Define scope of work and gather specifications; Plan and coordinate cost estimation and scope drafting; Develop and write commercial and technical proposals; Prepare presentations and sales tools; Coordinate communications and documentation; Plan opportunity handovers to execution teams; Respond to client inquiries; Build long-term client and supplier relationships; Maintain CRM opportunity tracking; Monitor market trends; Communicate clearly with partners and suppliers; Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS College diploma in Industrial Automation or Bachelor’s degree in Automated Production.

3 to 5 years in a similar position (estimation and project management); Member of the « Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec » (an asset) Strong proficiency in French and English, spoken and written; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Comfortable with ERP and CRM software; Valid driver’s license; Ability to read electrical control and power schematics; Ability to read and understand P&ID diagrams; Excellent writing skills.
