The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $50-$55/Hr

Job Description:

Responsible for setting up, onboarding, and building China/HK VDI environments for MVP1/MVP2, including infra servers, Citrix management plane, and automation for large-scale VDI deployment. Primary Tasks / Skills:

Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) (DDC, StoreFront, Director, NetScaler).

Automate builds using PowerShell and Citrix modules. Secondary Tasks/ skills:

PowerShell scripting for automation

Set up and onboard China/HK VDI environments for MVP1/MVP2.

Place MyCompute orders for VSI servers and complete setup.

Build infra servers: Citrix DDC, StoreFront, Director, RDS licensing, App V infra, SQL, FSLogix.

Configure Citrix management plane with connection brokers and SQL DB.

Create VDI offerings: delivery groups, AD groups, orchestration via O3 ICPw vRA.

Build and onboard ~200 VDIs (gold image, app layering, entitlements). Secondary Tasks / Skills:

Automate builds using PowerShell and Citrix modules.

Ensure compliance for China/HK regulations (data residency, connectivity).

Prepare runbooks, KT packs, and operational SOPs.

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders across regions.

Implement monitoring and EUEM dashboards. Must Have:

Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) (DDC, StoreFront, Director, NetScaler).

Knowledge of Active Directory, FSLogix, Microsoft App V, RDS CAL management.

Experience with SQL Server integration for Citrix control plane.

Hands-on with O3 orchestration and ICPw vRA.

Familiarity with MyCompute orders and VSI server setup.

Strong PowerShell scripting for automation. Good to Have:

Experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon, or cloud VDI (Azure/AWS).

Monitoring tools: ControlUp, Citrix Analytics.

Image engineering: SCCM/MECM, MDT.

Networking/security: NetScaler Gateway, TLS, Zscaler.

ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and Agile delivery experience.

Mandarin/Cantonese language skills for regional coordination. Certifications:

Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (CCA V) or Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (CCP V) (mandatory). Not Mandatory but Added Advantage

Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE V).

Microsoft: AZ 104, MS 102, or SC 300.

VMware: VCP DCV.

ITIL Foundation.
