Type: Full-Time, Company-Sponsored Residency (Independent Contractor)

Monthly Stipend: 70,000 – 90,000 (performance-based progression)

This residency exists to develop AI-Driven Solution Architects — professionals who can design systems, guide AI execution, and adapt faster than the market.

When we say “software development is dead,” we don’t mean skills are worthless.

This is a paid, full-time, fixed-term (2-year) residency, modeled after elite professional residencies:

You are paid while learning and contributing

What You’ll Actually Do

As a Solution Architect Resident, your work will include:

Breaking down complex business or technical problems into structured systems

Designing solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decision logic)

Directing AI tools to implement parts of those solutions

Reviewing and validating AI output for correctness, edge cases, and scalability

Learning complex concepts quickly using structured learning frameworks

Participating in architecture discussions, reviews, and planning sessions

Gradually taking ownership of real, production-level systems

You will think more than you type — and you will be accountable for outcomes.

Expect step-by-step instructions

Resist AI or automation

Have only build single user applications or complex website (creators for those type of applications are generally not good candidates for this program and will not pass our rigorous qualification process)

How We Evaluate Candidates

We do not evaluate based on how much code you can write.

We evaluate:

Learning speed

Ability to understand complex material

Attention to detail

Judgment and reasoning

Adaptability to AI-driven workflows

All assessments are paid.

Results are communicated as pass/fail.
