Role: IT - Software Engineer – Quadient

Experience: 7–10+ Years

Rate: USD $75–$86/hr (C2C)

Key Responsibilities

Implement Customer Communications / Output Management solutions

Develop Quadient-based CCM workflows

Work with Ricoh Process Director for output management

Analyze existing templates; rationalize and optimize

Create templates, workflows, data mappings, schema definitions

Apply automation scripts to support bulk, individual, on-demand, and postal packaging processes

Add post-processing elements (barcodes, bundling, ZIP sorting, encryption, etc.)

Modify communications based on business process changes

Integrate with enterprise data systems and print solutions

Support SDLC phases: requirements, design, coding, unit testing & maintenance

Work in Agile environments—preferably with financial domain exposure

CCM Output Management

Integration with enterprise data systems

SDLC & Agile development experience

Finance domain experience preferred
