We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor from the hotel industry with strong operational and manpower management knowledge.
Job Responsibilities • Manage multiple hotel sites/projects • Supervise staff for Housekeeping, F&B, Stewarding, and other hotel departments • Monitor and evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement • Handle complaints effectively and resolve issues while maintaining positive employee morale • Ensure daily attendance, grooming standards, and duty rosters at each site • Compile month-end attendance from all sites and ensure timely filling of vacancies • Generate manpower leads from new clients • Coordinate with HR to recruit and develop staff for roles such as: o Cleaners o Stewards o Waiters o Commis Chefs o Helpers • Liaise with various hotel and industry departments to supply skilled and professional manpower • Verify attendance from sites and coordinate invoicing with the accounts department • Ensure operational continuity, staff relievers, and improved customer experience Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations and/or sales in manpower contracting (hotel industry preferred) • Strong leadership and people-management skills • Valid driving license (mandatory) Please send your resume/CV
