The Re-Roll Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating re-roll equipment to inspect, rewind, and prepare finished fabric or material according to quality, safety, and production standards.Key Responsibilities
Operate re-roll machines to rewind, inspect, and package fabric or material per specifications
Inspect material for defects, quality issues, and compliance standards
Identify, mark, and document defects or irregularities accurately
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and safety policies
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or process issues promptly
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel
Support continuous improvement initiatives and training effortsRequirements:
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Previous experience operating re-roll, textile, or finishing equipment
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Must follow all safety, environmental, and health policies
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and industrial conditions
Familiarity with quality inspection standards
Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance Shift: Rotating Shift- M-F Week 1 8am-6pm / Week 2 10pm-8am with overtime as neededPay: $16.67
