The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across CRNCY Group’s entities. This role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent to support the Group’s operational, compliance, customer service, and management needs. The Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and company culture.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment and offer management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and establish recruitment timelines.
Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based interviews.
Coordinate and participate in panel interviews where required.
Create Advertisement and manage the advertisement of vacancies on various social media platform
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a professional, positive, and compliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Represent CRNCY Group as an employer of choice by clearly communicating company values, culture, and expectations.
Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and hiring documentation.
Support background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR and Compliance teams.
Workforce Planning & Reporting
Support workforce planning initiatives by tracking hiring needs, vacancies, and talent pipelines.
Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
· Digitize the talent acquisition pipeline and onboarding process to streamline and automate the company’s core recruitment processes.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Assist with offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules.
Support orientation sessions as needed.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interview practices.
Stay current on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and best practices.

Education/Qualifications
BA Degree in STEM or Human Resouces.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing, preferably within financial services, contact centers, or regulated industries.
Strong screening and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and job boards
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Proficiency in Coral Draw, Canva or Photoshop
Tech Savvy
Strong recruitment sills across various channels, direct and working with 3rd Party recruiters.
