Job Title: Advanced Operator

Location: Simpsonville, SC

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate:

Starting: $17.35/hour

Certified: $18.67/hour

Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Rotating schedule:

7 days on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

2 days off

7 days on 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

5 days off Position Overview:

As an Advanced Operator - Line 3 Exit, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of production operations in a textile manufacturing environment. Training is available for reliable and dedicated candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Complete all required production and quality documentation

Ensure product quality by:

Cutting lab headers as required

Performing routine quality checks

Identifying and marking defects

Ensuring proper material width

Completing color cards for each lot

Reporting necessary adjustments to the Senior Operator

Perform cleaning and changeover tasks as directed

Maintain clean, organized work areas

Ensure the correct tubes are stocked and used

Report unresolvable issues or defects to the area PI

Notify maintenance when equipment service is needed Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong, verifiable work history

Reliable attendance and attention to detail
