Responsibilitiesarrow_right * Plan, manage, and document site-specific and cross-plant development and digitization projects.
* Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and GROWTTH tools and methodologies.
* Conduct Lean Assessments, analyze results, and ensure consistent follow-up and implementation of improvements.
* Support the development and further enhancement of production systems and aids, coordinating closely with production, suppliers, and other departments.
* Manage tool calibration processes and ensure compliance with customer quality standards and specifications.
* Provide effective records and analysis of rework to support quality improvement and cost reduction.
* Maintain close communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to improve satisfaction and quality outcomes.
* Supervise and develop Quality Technicians and Lean/GROWTTH Specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualificationsarrow_right * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Digitization, or a related technical field.
* Progressive management experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or quality roles.
* Experience in metal processing, manufacturing technologies, and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Strong project management skills, including documentation and use of MS Office, Power BI, and digitization tools.
* Six Sigma and Lean System Green Belt certification preferred.
* Familiarity with tooling technology and manufacturing methods is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Advanced Quality Planning, Problem Solving Techniques, and other Quality Systems.
