Job Description
Supervise and manage all punch list activities to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to address and resolve outstanding issues.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Document and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for future projects.
Support the construction team in achieving project goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant
Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience, particularly in multifamily or large-scale residential builds.
Demonstrated experience with punch-list management and finish coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, materials, and installation practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
Preferred:
Experience working with multifamily, mixed-use, or large residential projects.
Prior experience coordinating subcontractors and quality control processes.
Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
