Job Description

Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical construction projects.

Review project documentation and ensure compliance with scope and specifications.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.

Track project progress, prepare reports, and support issue resolution.

Attend site visits and meetings as required to monitor project status.

Support procurement and material tracking processes.

Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

0-2+ years of experience in construction (mechanical experience a plus).

Degree in construction management or related field preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Must live within 1 hour of East Lyme, CT.

Valid driver's license
