A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management With a least 3 years experience in specializing in all the facets of human resource.
With at least an experience as a HR in a Construction Company.
Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are properly implemented.
Must oversee the processes in the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Services and Admin and including the Manpower Agency Billing and Timekeeping
