Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure that supports high-growth, mission-critical systems. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability, security, and deployment velocity. About the Role

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.

Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost; proactively identify and resolve issues.

Partner with backend and frontend engineers to support application scalability and operational excellence.

Establish best practices for security, observability, disaster recovery, and incident response.

Participate in architectural discussions and mentor engineers on DevOps and reliability best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and lead post-mortems. About You

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Deep knowledge of CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).

Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and cloud security fundamentals.

Experience supporting microservices and distributed systems in production.

Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across teams. Bonus Skills

Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).

Familiarity with security and compliance best practices (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, etc.).

Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) or API gateways.

Background in SRE practices such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
