Facility Technician – Big Spring
About the Role
PureLine is seeking a dependable Facility Technician to support our Big Spring yard and warehouse operations. This hands-on role ensures that equipment, facility spaces, and staging areas remain organized, operational, and ready to support chlorine dioxide (ClO ) treatment services across the Permian Basin.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, staying active, and contributing to daily operational success.
What You’ll Do
• Perform routine maintenance on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and basic facility systems.
• Maintain warehouse, office, yard, and storage area cleanliness and organization.
• Safely operate forklifts to load/unload hoses, pumps, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with staging ClO generators, pumps, hoses, and fittings for field operations.
• Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and help maintain accurate counts.
• Inspect yard equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist with groundskeeping, debris removal, and light repairs.
• Support loading/unloading for mobilization and demobilization of field crews.
• Supervise 3rd party maintenance/contractors at the facility as needed.
• Follow all PureLine PPE, safety protocols, and hazard reporting procedures.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in facility maintenance, warehouse operations, or industrial labor.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
