Framework contract for the supply of promotional materials for QA

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

QA Venue Solutions Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender for Supply of Promotional Materials for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda. The tender is divided into Two divisible lots: Lot 1 for Supply of Printed Promotional Materials and Lot 2 for Supply and Installation of Signage.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained through e-mail on any working day from 13th January 2026 upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf) deposited on Account N 00261-06983233-04 for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. The proof of payment is submitted through e-mail addresses.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Rwandan Francs (969,520Rwf) for Lot 1, and declaration of commitment for lot 2.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office at Amahoro Stadium, Avenue: 17, Amahoro Village, Rukiri II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, PO Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda. not later than 29/01/2026 at 11.00am Local time. Bids will not be submitted Electronically. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11.30 am Local Time on the same day, in QA Venue Solutions Meeting room at Amahoro Stadium.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd Procurement Procedures manual

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the bid’s submission date.
