What You’ll Do:
Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Answer calls, emails, and messages, providing customers with accurate information about our electrical services.
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with customers and technicians to schedule jobs, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Problem-Solve with a Smile: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy, aiming to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Record Keeping: Accurately log customer interactions, service requests, and feedback to maintain smooth operations.
Work in a Collaborative Team Environment: Assist in improving customer service processes and ensure customers have an excellent experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Customer-Focused Attitude: A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, basic software, and CRM tools (training provided).
Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and remain organized.
Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Team Player: Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
