Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
Schedule service appointments and update customer records
Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests
Coordinate with technicians and office staff
Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Customer service experience preferred (not required)
