LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Columbus, OH to fill an onsite, fulltime Receptionist Contract position. This role is perfect for someone who is professional, personable, and enjoys being the welcoming face of the office. Responsibilities
Unlock and open the suite each morning for guests, employees, and deliveries
Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Prepare coffee for meetings and ensure refreshment areas are tidy
Order lunch for onsite meetings and coordinate deliveries
Monitor the shared inbox, responding and forwarding messages through Outlook
Greet visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with signin procedures
Provide general administrative support as needed
Schedule & Work Environment
1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Fully onsite role in Columbus, OH
Professional office environment supporting multiple teams
Compensation
$18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or front office experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic office software
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fastpaced environment
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
