SCADA Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid within Delaware or Florida

Your role in our success:

The SCADA Systems Analyst supports daily, weekly, and monthly SCADA measurement needs across multiple business entities. This role ensures accurate and seamless data flow from the field RTUs (remote terminal units) through SCADA software for operational and compliance reporting. This role will serve as an SME (subject matter expert) for all SCADA software and act as the primary cyber liaison for SCADA-related systems.

What you'll be working on:

Manages software version, coordinate TIP approvals, and lead upgrades or new software implementation

within the SCADA environment for all SCADA software (GeoSCADA, ACM, FlowCal, GCR, Talon, Kepware,

Poems, etc)

Serves as lead cyber point of contact for SCADA-related matters; attend routine cybersecurity meetings;

coordinate with software vendors on risk mitigation efforts; support internal patching schedule with

routine reboots of all SCADA PCs (50 + machines, twice monthly) without impacting operations

Monitors trending alarms (run ratio, communication issues, etc); investigate alarm source and determine

if field response is needed; resolve as able; communicate any measurement adjustments to appropriate

teams

Performs daily and weekly reviews of measurement data (including RNG reports from RTUs) (review,

update, and push data with communication as needed); finalizes monthly RNG measurement reporting

and gas quality data; report findings to scheduling teams and RNG manager; finalize monthly

measurement across all business entities

Provides recommendations to leadership on upgrades or replacement of various software to improve the

system reliability of the SCADA System(s)

Assists in developing, writing, and maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures, related to SCADA

operations

Provide backup support for daily scheduling functions for Transportation Services team

Who you are:

Associate's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; Bachelor's Preferred

Three (3) years' experience in any of the following: SCADA systems, measurement operations, or data analysis

Must be detail oriented and technically proficient

Strong understanding of FlowCal, GeoSCADA and related software programs

Be familiar with cybersecurity protocols and patching schedules

Excellent communication and organizational skill

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiencies and finding new solutions

Standard driver's license
