Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using modern Android technologies. The role involves building test-driven features in an Agile environment while ensuring high-quality, maintainable code that follows industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Android mobile application features using Java and Kotlin

Follow test-driven development (TDD) and Agile software development practices

Utilize Android Jetpack components to build scalable and maintainable applications

Implement asynchronous and network operations using RxJava and Retrofit

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following industry best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and design

Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Android application development

Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin

Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack

Experience using RxJava and Retrofit

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and TDD practices

Experience delivering production-quality mobile applications

Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH
