Senior/ Staff Full Stack Engineer Ruby on Rails )

Team is looking for experienced backend web development engineer.

Ideally they're comfortable working across the stack, including API design, back-end development, database, and have some familiarity with front-end.

Essential functions * Participate in the design and development of high-performance business application, from requirements analysis to production * Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.) * Analyze and improve application performance * Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks * Work in an agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the key to success * Collaborate with distributed team of developers, QA engineers, analysts Qualifications * SQL / data modeling experience * Ruby/Rails * React and/or TypeScript experience * UI/UX experience (design and implementation) * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.
