Job Description

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration

Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve challenges

Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects

Strong understanding of project management processes, scheduling, and cost control

Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively

Experience with ground-up, interiors, or complex renovation projects

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
