A well-established professional services office in Dallas is seeking a Client Services & Front Desk Representative to support daily office operations. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced professional who can manage front desk responsibilities while providing administrative and hospitality support in a polished office environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients and visitors
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setups
Order catering and maintain kitchen and pantry areas
Handle mail, packages, scanning, and copy projects
Provide light administrative and clerical support as needed
Help maintain a professional and client-ready office environment
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in reception, client services, hospitality, or administrative support
Experience working in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication style and dependable work ethic
