A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team supporting children and families across multiple Michigan locations.
This role may be a strong fit for newly certified, early-career, or experienced BCBAs seeking a supportive clinical environment and manageable caseloads.
Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Approximately $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience
Role Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and clinical staff
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor progress and make data-driven program adjustments
Complete clinical documentation and communicate with payers as needed
Qualifications
BCBA certification or Master’s degree with ABA coursework (BCBA in progress considered)
Training or experience in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
