Direct and supervise selfperform crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, or structural scopes

Coordinate daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials

Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

Work closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and field execution

Review drawings, plan work sequences, and solve field challenges proactively

Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience supervising selfperform work in commercial or industrial construction

Strong technical knowledge of concrete, carpentry, or structural scopes

Proven ability to lead crews, manage productivity, and maintain a safe jobsite

Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills

Ability to read drawings, plan work, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
