What You’ll Own:

Tackle routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more

Keep equipment and building systems humming — troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems

Jump on emergency repairs with a sense of urgency and precision

Help coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to get big jobs done right

Maintain tidy, organized work areas and keep supplies stocked and ready

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED — and at least 1 year of maintenance or related experience

Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively

Solid grasp of general maintenance needs across building systems, equipment, and grounds

Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions

Basic computer skills — you know your way around email, Word, and Excel

Sharp attention to detail and top-notch organization skills

Team player attitude with strong communication skills
